\\\\\\\" To ensure that goods are produced efficiently; that they are of the right quality, quantity, and cost; and that they are produced on time, to the satisfaction of the customer, at the right price. \\\\\\\" Set up and control Production department budget regard to costs, investment and headcount. \\\\\\\" Manage Production department to achieve the targets on safety, quality, costs, on-time delivery, and lead-time. \\\\\\\" Build up Production team and develop their skill through tailored training programs and sound supervision. \\\\\\\" Innovate new manufacturing technology and process for new product development, quality improvement and cost reduction. \\\\\\\" Adapt leaning manufacturing and six sigma tools, driving continuously improvement. \\\\\\\" Focus on shop floor ESH, people management and manufacturing engineering.
招聘要求
\\\\\\\" B.S degree or above, major in Chemical, High Polymer Material or Mechanical \\\\\\\" Over 8 years of working experience in Production Management, Manufacturing Process, Leaning and Six Sigma \\\\\\\" Good technical knowledge and experience in chemistry or pultrusion and/or metal \\\\\\\" Good team-building and organizational abilities \\\\\\\" Comfortable in high technology, multi-shift, manufacturing environment \\\\\\\" Proven management and supervisory abilities \\\\\\\" PC literate, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) \\\\\\\" Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
